This Privacy Policy explains how Sochvya collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our Google Forms, WhatsApp Channel, website, archives, community spaces, and related services.

By using Sochvya or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Collect

We may collect the following information from submitters:

full name;
email address;
individual/team/student/company (as type);
LinkedIn, website, or public profile link;
idea title;
idea description;
problem statement;
target user;
product stage;
category;
public contact link;
landing page, demo, website, or product links;
declarations, consents, and form responses;
any sort of communications with Sochvya or its company;
takedown, complaint, or correction requests.

We may collect the following public validation information:

poll results;
public reactions or feedback;
public comments, if applicable;
public contact-interest signals;
archive metadata such as post date, category, and slot.

We do not intentionally collect passwords, OTPs, financial account details, government ID numbers, payment card details, private health records, seed phrases, private credentials, API keys, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Do not submit such information to Sochvya or its company or pretenders, by any means.

3. How We Use Information

We (may) use collected information to:

receive and manage submissions;
review submissions against Sochvya guidelines;
contact the submitted Point of Contact (primarily LinkedIn or any sort of contact information in the provided resources that are not just limited to landing page);
verify basic completeness and public-posting suitability;
post selected submissions on the Sochvya WhatsApp Channel;
create public polls;
share poll results and validation signals with the Point of Contact (where the Point of Contact is as mentioned above in point number 3 here);
archive selected submissions and public validation results on sochvya.com;
maintain internal records;
prevention of that are not just limited to spam, fraud, abuse, unsafe links, prohibited content, and policy violations;
respond to complaints, takedown requests, legal requests, and privacy requests;
improve Sochvya’s process and community quality;
comply with applicable law and platform policies.

4. Legal Basis / Consent

Where required by law, we rely on your consent to collect, process, publish, archive, and share your submitted information.

You provide consent when you submit the Google Form, agree to our policies, and choose to submit your idea for review.

You may withdraw your consent at any point by contacting us at support@aquesa-solutions.com. Withdrawal may not affect processing already completed before the withdrawal request, public posts already made, or records we are required or permitted to retain for legal, safety, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes, but will lead to suspension of rights on usage of Sochvya by any means(, legally).

5. Public Information

If your submission is selected, maybe within the scope of submission unless needed, some information may become public, including but not just limited to:

idea title;
public description;
category;
target audience;
public contact link;
poll results;
public (validation) summary;
archive entry.

Do not submit anything that you want to keep confidential or is illegal or regulated or spam or fraud.

Sochvya cannot control any action that is not just limited to screenshots, forwards, saves, copies, discussions, or third-party use of information after it is publicly posted on WhatsApp, sochvya.com, or other (relevant) public spaces.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

Sochvya or its company team members and reviewers;
the submitted Point of Contact;
users of the Sochvya WhatsApp Channel, if the submission is posted publicly;
visitors to sochvya.com, if archived;
service providers used to operate Sochvya;
Google Forms / Google Workspace, where submissions are collected;
WhatsApp / Meta, where Channel posts are published;
legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or safety authorities where required or appropriate;
professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, or security consultants.

We do not sell personal data, by all means.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Sochvya uses third-party platforms such as Google Forms and WhatsApp Channels.

Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, and enforcement systems.

Sochvya is not responsible for, that is not just limited to, Google’s, WhatsApp’s, Meta’s, or any third-party platform’s independent processing of data.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for that are not just limited to:

review and publication decisions;
communication with submitters;
public archive and transparency records;
legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit purposes;
compliance with laws and platform requirements.

You may request deletion or correction by contacting support@aquesa-solutions.com. We may retain certain records if reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legitimate business records.

9. Children

Sochvya is not intended for submissions by people under 18.

We do not knowingly accept submissions from minors. If we discover that a minor submitted personal data without appropriate legal basis, we may delete or restrict the submission as well as the submitter.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.

However, no internet service, Google Form, WhatsApp Channel, website, or storage system is completely secure. You submit information at your own risk.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

access your personal data;
correct inaccurate personal data;
request deletion;
withdraw consent;
restrict or object to certain processing;
request information about processing;
file a grievance or complaint.
