Welcome to Sochvya.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sochvya’s website, Google Forms, WhatsApp Channel, community spaces, submission process, idea validation posts, public polls, archives, reports, and related services (“Sochvya”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By submitting an idea, participating in a poll, following our WhatsApp Channel, contacting a submitter, accessing sochvya.com, or otherwise using Sochvya, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Submission Guidelines, Usage Guidelines, Community Guidelines, and Idea Validation Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, please do not use Sochvya. Failing to comply upon agreeing may lead to legal action.
1. What Sochvya Is
Sochvya is a community-first idea sharing and feedback space.
Sochvya allows people to submit early-stage ideas, landing pages, prototypes, MVPs, or live products for possible review and public posting. Selected submissions may be posted on the Sochvya WhatsApp Channel as simple public polls such as:

Poll results and related public validation signals may be shared with the submitted Point of Contact (if applicable) and may be archived on sochvya.com.
2. What Sochvya Is Not
Sochvya is not:
- an investment platform;
- a funding platform;
- a crowdfunding platform;
- a securities platform;
- a financial advisor;
- an investment advisor;
- a legal advisor;
- a technical auditor;
- a security auditor;
- a business advisor;
- an incubator;
- an accelerator;
- a marketplace;
- a broker;
- a payment intermediary;
- a guarantee provider.
Sochvya does not legally verify, technically verify, investigate, endorse, certify, approve, fund, invest in, recommend, promote, or guarantee any idea, submitter, founder, product, service, claim, link, result, traffic, user interest, buyer interest, market demand, product-market fit, revenue, legal compliance, or future success.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an idea to Sochvya.
By submitting, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms and that you have the right, authority, and permission to submit the information provided.
We may reject or remove submissions from minors or submissions that appear to involve minors in inappropriate, unsafe, illegal or unregulated ways.
4. Submission Review
Submitting an idea does not guarantee review, approval, selection, publication, traffic, responses, validation, user interest, buyer interest, product-market fit, revenue, funding, or future success.
Sochvya performs only basic internal screening against its own guidelines and platform safety requirements. This screening may include but not just limited to the checks for clarity, completeness, public-posting suitability, prohibited categories, obvious link risks, and obvious safety concerns.
This review is not legal, technical, commercial, financial, regulatory, security, or professional verification.
We may perform any of these actions that are not just limited to approve, reject, delay, edit, shorten, categorize, remove, archive, or decline to publish any submission at our sole discretion, including after prior approval.
5. Public Posting and Archive Consent
By submitting content for review, you grant Sochvya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, edit, shorten, format, publish, display, distribute, archive, and share your submitted content for the purpose of operating Sochvya.
This may include and not just limited to publishing your idea, public description, title, category, contact link, poll results, and related public validation signals on:
- the Sochvya WhatsApp Channel;
- sochvya.com;
- Sochvya social media pages;
- internal review records;
- public archives;
- founder result summaries.
You understand that public posting means other people may view, save, forward, screenshot, discuss, copy, or act on your idea. Do not submit confidential, licensed, proprietary, sensitive, private, regulated, third-party-owned, or non-public information unless you have full rights and permission to share it publicly and not fall under any sort of prohibition.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the license granted to Sochvya above.
You confirm that:
- you own or have permission to submit the content;
- your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, legal holding rights, contractual, or other rights;
- your submission does not contain confidential information belonging to another person or organization;
- your submission does not impersonate another person, brand, company, or product;
- your submission does not include any fraud or scam or any sort of illegal motive.
Sochvya does not guarantee confidentiality or protection of ideas. If you need patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or confidentiality protection, obtain professional advice before even approaching/using Sochvya by any officially provided means.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use Sochvya to:
- break any law or regulation;
- submit or promote scams, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive content;
- make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims;
- collect passwords, OTPs, payment details, bank details, government IDs, seed phrases, API keys, private credentials, medical records, or other sensitive data;
- promote investment schemes, crypto/token presales, securities, financial returns, lending schemes, gambling, betting, adult content, illegal goods, weapons, harmful substances, unsafe medical claims, hate, harassment, exploitation, or other prohibited content;
- impersonate any person, organization, company, government body, or platform;
- harass, threaten, abuse, defame, dox, or target others;
- manipulate poll results, create fake engagement, use bots, coordinate abuse, or misrepresent validation signals;
- bypass or interfere with Google, WhatsApp, Meta, or Sochvya systems;
- use unofficial WhatsApp automation, scraping, bulk messaging, or unauthorized tools;
- submit links that are unsafe, deceptive, malicious, misleading, or unrelated;
- cheat Sochvya or WhatsApp or Meta or any relevant organization or system by using any sort of mechanism and any means.
8. Polls and Validation Signals
Polls, responses, clicks, comments, reactions, and other signals are informal community feedback only.
They are not proof of:
- legal compliance;
- safety;
- security;
- legitness;
- market demand;
- buyer intent;
- product-market fit;
- business viability;
- founder credibility;
- investment quality;
- technical safety;
- revenue potential;
- future success.
Users must use independent judgment before contacting any submitter, sharing information, purchasing anything, investing, partnering, joining, or relying on any submission. Sochvya is not responsible for this by all means.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Sochvya currently uses third-party platforms such as Google Forms and WhatsApp Channels.
Your use of these platforms may also be governed by Google’s and WhatsApp/Meta’s own terms, policies, privacy rules, usage guides and enforcement systems.
Sochvya is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or officially affiliated with Google, WhatsApp, Meta, or Facebook unless expressly stated in writing.
We may remove, limit, or change features if required by third-party platform rules, technical limitations, reports, safety issues, or policy changes.
10. Links and Third-Party Content
Submissions may include but not just limited to links to websites, landing pages, forms, profiles, demos, or contact pages provided by the submitters.
Sochvya may perform basic link screening, but we do not guarantee that any third-party link is safe, lawful, accurate, available, secure, or trustworthy.
You access third-party resources that are not just limited to links, it is at your own risk as a user. Sochvya is completely not responsible for this usage.
11. Takedown and Complaints
If you believe a submission violates your rights, contains illegal content, misuses your intellectual property, impersonates you, exposes private information, or creates safety concerns, contact us at:
We may request supporting information and may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
12. Suspension, Rejection, and Removal
We may reject, remove, suspend, block, or restrict any submission, user, link, poll, archive entry, or participation if we believe it may violate these Terms, our guidelines, third-party platform policies, applicable law, safety expectations, or community trust.
We are not required to provide an explanation.
13. No Professional Advice
Content on Sochvya is for informal community feedback and information only.
Nothing on Sochvya falls under these, that are not just limited to legal, financial, investment, tax, technical, medical, security, regulatory, commercial, or professional advice.
14. No Warranties
Sochvya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, safety, reliability, publication, poll participation, traffic, responses, user interest, buyer interest, archive availability, business outcomes, or platform access.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sochvya, its company, founders, directors, employees, contractors, reviewers, moderators, and affiliates will not be liable for any of these, that are not just limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, reputation, funding, users, customers, or expected outcomes, arising from your use of Sochvya.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Sochvya will not exceed the amount paid by you to Sochvya for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or a maximum of ₹1,500, if no amount was paid.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Sochvya, its company, founders, directors, employees, contractors, reviewers, moderators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any of these, that are not just limited to:
- your submission;
- your use of Sochvya;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of law;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- your false, misleading, illegal, unsafe, or harmful content;
- your links, claims, products, services, or contact actions.
17. Changes to Sochvya and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change Sochvya or these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on sochvya.com with a revised “Last updated” date.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India, will alone have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to Sochvya or its company.
